# How do I change the display arrangement?

You can change the position and order of your monitors using Windows Display Settings.

Right-click on an empty area of your desktop and select **“Display settings.”**

Under **“Rearrange your displays,”** you will see the monitors connected to your computer.

Click and drag the display icons to match the physical arrangement of your monitors.

For example, if your second monitor is positioned to the left of your main monitor, drag the second display icon to the left.

Click **“Apply”** to save the new display arrangement.

**Important**

If you are unsure which display is which, click **“Identify”** in Display Settings. Windows will show a number on each monitor.
