Does the VisionTek VT1200DL work with USB-A?

The VisionTek VT1200DL supports connection to your computer through USB-C or USB-A. An included USB-C to USB-A adapter allows you to connect the dock to computers with a USB-A port.

Important

  • USB-C and USB-A connections support the dock's DisplayLink functionality.
  • The included adapter can be used when your computer has a USB-A port.
  • USB-A does not provide power passthrough to your laptop.
  • For laptop charging through the dock, connect the computer using USB-C and use a compatible USB-C power adapter.
