I am not getting sound from the audio port. What should I do?

Make sure your computer is using the docking station's audio device as the selected sound output.

Please make sure your computer is using the docking station's USB Audio device as the selected audio output.

On Windows

Go to:

Settings → System → Sound → Output

Then select the USB audio device associated with the docking station.
