Why am I only getting one or two displays with the VisionTek VT2600?

If you cannot use all three displays, your computer may not support the features required for a three-display setup.

The VisionTek VT2600 requires USB-C DisplayPort Alt Mode and MST support for multiple displays. Three extended displays with the laptop screen active require DP 1.4 MST with DSC.

Important

  • Confirm that your computer supports USB-C DisplayPort Alt Mode.
  • Confirm that your computer supports MST.
  • For three extended displays with the laptop screen active, confirm DP 1.4 MST with DSC support.
  • Make sure all monitors are powered on.
  • Confirm that each display cable is securely connected.
  • Check that the correct input is selected on each monitor.
