Why is only one of my two monitors displaying an image?
If only one monitor is displaying an image, your computer's hardware or connection type may limit the number of supported external displays.
For example, base M1, M2, and M3 MacBook models support only one external display.
Important
- Check that both monitors are powered on.
- Make sure both video cables are securely connected.
- Confirm each monitor is set to the correct input source.
- Check your computer's display settings.
- Confirm your computer supports two external displays.
- USB-C DP Alt Mode Windows laptops support a single external display with the VT5400.
